In the large brasserie district near Montparnasse, a small, recent address brings together families and gangs of buddies in one place. In a warm, friendly setting, large tables are set to the rhythm of clinking bottles. The service is pleasant, fluid and friendly, while remaining accessible. Starters range from Fanfan's zucchini fritters (served with a nice lemon yoghurt), to a pan-fried razor clam with parsley, all deglazed with chardonnay and yellow lemon, to a well-balanced homemade foie gras. As for the main courses, how could we miss the "dwich des copains"? With its homemade toasted brioche, crispy chicken breast, coleslaw, pickles and onion mayonnaise, it's a real treat! The prime rib of beef with fries and homemade sauce would no doubt be the envy of customers sitting at tables in the "big houses" so close to here. As for the desserts, the pavlovas, profiteroles and other brioches perdues (lost buns) may well anger the doctors of dietetics, but never mind! The selection of bottles is already well made, so you can enjoy yourself between €30 and €50 with joy and greed.
