Gourmet Restaurant It's hard to pass through Montparnasse without stopping at the emblematic Coupole, a historic brasserie famous since 1927 for its beautiful Art Deco architecture, seafood platters and traditional French cuisine. The place has retained its charm and its no-risk classics: onion soup, Grenoble-style skate wing, poultry fricassee with morel mushrooms, amber rum baba. Service in keeping with the legend.
