A house of tradition that holds its own in a bourgeois atmosphere away from the center. Well-composed menus, classic recipes based on reliable products. The €38.50 formula is a good choice, with foie gras or scallops with grana and hazelnut, roast cod fillet with cider sauce, half-baked chocolate cake with passion sorbet, and the a la carte menu of dishes.
