Original Restaurant In the city's busiest street, there's no shortage of places to eat, and this one is positioned in a contemporary bistro style with an appealing look and welcome. The slate features a well-reviewed tradition, including œuf 64°C, velouté de butternut and effiloché de volaille, brandade de lieu noir, mousseline de pommes de terre and broccolis, filet mignon de porc, polenta, roasted carrot and green pepper jus, and finger yuzu, green tea and mango.
