Original Restaurant An Ethiopian embassy in the heart of Touraine, on the famous Rue Colbert. The place is elegant and uncluttered, with hints of the country, colorful motifs, a fresco evoking the Queen of Sheba, light wood and warm tones. The stoves here deliver traditional cuisine of a high standard, in assortments or by the plate, zucchini stir-fry with spices, coral lentils in a curry, garlic, ginger and shallot sauce, goat's meat with turmeric and cinnamon, a cake with teff flour, chocolate, banana and caramel.
