Gourmet Restaurant This is a new address in town, obviously located on rue Colbert, the thirstiest thoroughfare in the prefecture. It's a promising place, with an uncluttered decor of undeniable charm, Japanese-style wood and a beautiful black shelf displaying bottles of wine, as if to emphasize the dual function of the premises, as attentive to its cellar as to its menu. To accompany the plate or the glass, or vice versa, wines from François and Julien Pinon, a fine homemade pâté en croûte, an arbois from Rolet, a foie gras with smoked eel, a VDF from Jeanne Gaillard, a tartare of Korean beef and egg yolk confit with sesame oil, a fine apple tart from Nicolas Léger.
