Gourmet Restaurant It's impossible to miss the beautiful front of Chez Gaster, with its red wood carvings of religious idols and its undeniable historic charm. Robin Pasquier's table opens up the pleasures of rue Colbert, with a lovely bistro-style cuisine, on the slate and well-fed with creativity. His time at Akrame has given him a high standard, which is appreciated in the cabbage stuffed with black pudding and tarragon, the crispy langoustine cookie with vegetable rice and Touraine saffron bisque, and the farmhouse veal cheek braised with sweet spices and mashed potatoes. Well-crafted desserts, such as tiramisu with Honduras coffee or Viennese sablé with lemon and Italian meringue. Well-structured cellar, with good taste for VDF.
