Original Restaurant It's a real old-fashioned bistro, in spirit as well as on the plate, with the promise of regional and traditional recipes. The style is a little more streamlined, with Thonet chairs still in place, but walls kept bare and a high ceiling. On the menu, then, Touraine tourte with rillons and sainte-maure, crispy veal tongue with ravigote sauce, veal matelote parmentier, a five-hour confit of pink king chuck Ethiopian-style, a bread cake with caramelized apples. Classic cellar.
