Gourmet Restaurant Just behind the eponymous cellar, where the table promotes as much as puts into practice, you'll find a lively, crowded dining room, filled with a busy, friendly family clientele who talk of nothing but wine and food. To support a rich cellar, with more than 1000 references, the plates ensure a tradition evolved, sometimes missing a little the promise (the "declinaison végétarienne gourmande selon le rythme du potager" turns out to be a rather disappointing velouté), but counting on some sure values to carry the suffrages: poultry terrine with grilled vegetables and a fine Caesar sauce, a remarkably well-cooked guinea fowl leg, tender and well-sourced, with a squash mousseline well in season, a suitable mushroom cream, a delicate and well-balanced saffron rice pudding, before an honorable apple dessert. Impressive wine catalog, a selection by the glass with over forty choices, including Taille aux Loups, and also Jo Landron, Trimbach, Bouzereau, Gayda, domaine de la Butte... Fairly high bill, competent service, good sommelier.
