Gault&Millau's review 2026

Admittedly, the menu doesn't shine in terms of originality, surfing on the trend with dishes that are everywhere in Paris (perfect egg, miso mackerel, sea bream ceviche, cod with eggplant, basil and soy...), but there's undeniably a breath of fresh air to be welcomed in this house of long-standing reputation, which a young team has awakened. Particularly on the plate, in the finish and in the combination of flavors, which reveal, for the occasion, know-how and a touch of personality. For example, the lean roast lobster bisque or the well-cooked free-range poultry with piperade and chorizo cream. A good rhubarb and white peach sorbet dessert, a complete sequence at €44. Some good choices by the glass (rosé from Cibonne, Ventoux from Fondrèche...).
