Sponsored Romain Leblanc took over the place in 2022 to create a restaurant-caviste in the center of town, a stone's throw from the church. Brightly lit, decorated with bottles of wine and beer (the manager's passion), the room features a bay window offering a soothing view of the verdant garden where aromatic herbs and fruit trees grow. An ideal place to enjoy your tasting in peace and quiet. In her open kitchen, Julia Seiter - winner of the Burgers Toqués national competition - delicately composes the weekly menus using fresh market produce. Each day, two starters, one meat, one fish, one vegetarian and two desserts are added to a suggested main course. The chef embellishes her French cuisine with a few exotic touches, inspired by her imagination. The result is the signature knife-cut steak tartare with spices. Here, the menu is short, as all dishes are fresh and home-cooked. Romain organizes a brunch on the first Sunday of every month. A great address to remember!
