The restaurant's identity is that of a modernized inn, largely supported by a particularly rich and well-constructed wine list. In the dining room, efficient service is distinguished by precise, pertinent advice on pairing. The cuisine offers easy-to-read plates, focused on the product and the right seasonings. The well-balanced appetizer features smoked salmon refreshed by tarragon and crispy focaccia. The perfectly cooked pollock is accompanied by gourmet, well-mastered garnishes. The menu remains simple but effective, with a more subdued sweet side: classic lemon meringue tartlet, less accomplished mignardises. A bright, modern dining room and a pleasant terrace in season, for a coherent experience in which wine plays a central role.
