Stability and even some progress at this good roadside and riverside inn. The welcome is inviting, the dining room well-appointed in a simple setting, and the right choice is the €42 menu, which showcases fine craftsmanship, with a traditional background and meticulous execution: butternut tatin with shallots and Chavignol crottin jus with spices, chicken ballottine with braised endives in Séchuan sauce, brioche perdu with salted butter caramel apples and vanilla ice cream. Another formula with nobler products at 57 €.
