Gourmet Restaurant In this former mill, the first thing you'll enjoy is seafood: shellfish, line-caught or deep-sea fish, everything is fresh and well-cooked, whether it's Breton lobster or pageot, bass or Saint Pierre, sea urchins from Galicia or Provence and violets alongside tourteau or gambas. Bouillabaisse and fish soup are served daily, as well as a vegetarian menu for allergy sufferers and a crispy beef cheek confit or other meat preparation for meat lovers. Bread is baked on site. The cellar, of course, gives pride of place to white wines.
