Gault&Millau's review 2025

A renowned inn close to Les Mées and Ganagobie Abbey. A good base for vacationing and strolling, and a good table with a new experienced chef, Laurent Urbano, who perpetuates the rites of the house, contemporary cuisine with a good traditional background: sea bream tartare with strawberries and condiments, risotto with gambas and asparagus, pork ribs confit with hay, potato mousseline, chocolate coulant with orange sorbet. Good menus at €34 and €39 cover most of the menu.
