Prestige Hotel This beautiful address was born of chance and love. In 1994, Alain Ducasse rode his motorcycle along the roads of Provence and discovered this 18th-century building in the heart of 4 hectares of lavender and olive groves, bristling with immense cypress trees. He made it his home base before opening it to visitors, restoring the main building with the help of local craftsmen and decorator and friend Tonia Peyrot. The 11 rooms and 2 suites, decorated with tommettes, Provencal fabrics and furniture, now welcome guests. The table has been entrusted to chef Adrien de Crignis, whose regional cuisine is rooted in the seasons. Before taking a break by the pool or exploring the treasures of the region, from the Gorges du Verdon to Lake Sainte-Croix.
