La Bonne Etape, Jany Gleize's regional bistro-style cuisine, with its good principles and Provence flavors: eggplant millefeuille, tomato tartar with fromage frais and parmesan, Sisteron lamb burger, bun, onion confit and cheese, roast duck breast with thyme smoke.
