Gourmet Restaurant This Maison Bleue, with its lovely terrace overlooking the whole Garonne valley, is at the very top of the village, on a slope 200m from the parking lot, leaning against the hill as in the song. So you come on foot, rewarded by Élodie's welcoming smile, the warm setting and the panoramic view. Jonas offers plates with colors and flavors from all over the world, or revisited local dishes. Comfortably seated on Louis XVI-style caned armchairs, you're carried away by the well-paced service and Élodie's attentions and explanations. Scrambled eggs with Roquefort and coppa chips as amuse-bouche, a back of pollock, corn, asparagus and garlic confit - a fine starter, perfectly cooked pollock, crisp back, melting flesh, well seasoned - white asparagus and garlic confit brings a bit of terroir without overpowering the fish. For the main course, a filet mignon of pork (a little overcooked), caramel soy sauce, roasted potatoes and baby vegetables - the plate is beautiful, hearty, the vegetables al dente, the potatoes impeccable. An excellent dessert rounds off the meal, with choux crackers, cashew mousse and homemade salted butter caramel ice cream. Attractively priced wine list.
