Chef's Restaurant This institution seems to be rejuvenating with age, in the pleasant, relaxed atmosphere created by Valérie and Thomas Mureau in this wise, contemporary space extended by a garden terrace, and in the well-spaced, classic-based menus offered by the chef: pan-fried duck foie gras, cream of green Puy lentils and smoked duck breast, supreme de saint-pierre crushed potatoes with seaweed butter, étrilles coulis with fresh coriander, chocolate dome with caramel heart and buckwheat ice cream in the Gastronomique formula at €55.
