Gault&Millau's review 2025

Nestled on the Pointe du Moulinet overlooking the Bay of Saint-Malo and the walled city, this hotel nestled in a XIXᵉ mansion houses 22 rooms that blend comfort and contemporary decor, all in a family atmosphere. Guests gather first thing in the morning in a beautiful sea-facing dining room to enjoy an anthology breakfast (homemade crêpes and four quarters) before setting off to discover Dinard, its beaches and Belle Époque villas. At lunchtime or dinnertime, they mingle with locals who swear by the Vallée restaurant, where Gwendal Tanazacq (under the guidance of Christian Le Squer), offers delicious seafood cuisine featuring local producers and short circuits - oysters from Cancale, fish from La Marée pour tous, fruit and vegetables from Maison Daniel in Dinard.... All to be enjoyed on the beautiful south-facing terrace overlooking the bay.
