Ombelle is first and foremost the story of how Alexandre and Ludivine, both passionate about produce and wine, decided to open this attractive restaurant in the heart of the chic seaside resort. In this neat, seaside setting, the chef makes the most of the day's catch and vegetables from the kitchen garden to create a cuisine that's both fresh and punchy: breaded mussels and green beans, sea lettuce curry, a beautiful association between sweetbreads and langoustines, before a daring three-way marriage between gwell, blackcurrant and eggplant in a tasty dessert. Professional, smiling service provided by the chef's partner, Ludivine la Rosa.
