Chef's Restaurant Charm and chic in this circular pink brick building that welcomes you near the beach. Alexandre Frin's work naturally emphasizes the marine theme, the produce is superb and in season, and the chef makes intelligent use of incoming produce, without systematically resorting to prestige ingredients: mullet in honey-ginger ceviche with thyme sorbet, mackerel, cockles and asparagus from Lanrivain, pigeon with leek and sweet potato jus corsé (roast fillet, confit leg) before a delicious rhubarb dessert. Ludivine advises and guides with competence and a smile.
