Chef's Restaurant An elegant table overlooking the sea in the chic Hôtel Castelbrac, housed in the former Museum of Natural History. Every detail has been thought out and studied to ensure that the service is faultless and that this gourmet boat is worthy of those of Commandant Charcot, whose name it bears. Chef Julien Hennote does his utmost, creating hidden menus based on seasonal produce. A cellar of fine references and prestigious wines, well represented in the Loire region.
