Dominique Hybord's house was recently taken over by Josselin Jeanblanc, whose long experience ensures a smooth transition. Having worked for Jean-Paul Jeunet and the Hotel Pashmina, the chef is used to fine establishments, and this is reflected in his modern, regional cuisine. Discover the organic egg with corn, seeds, truffles and kadaïf, the chuck of beef, foie gras, mondeuse and shallots, or the dessert of Savoy apple, cider, streusel and salted butter caramel ice cream. Lunch menu €30.
