Julie Ferreira is great news for Moutiers, which now has its own fine dining establishment! The cuisine is modern and well-crafted, with classic recipes revisited. The experience is a happy one, with escargots de Bourgogne en persillade, warm goat's cheese with sweet honey, crozets risotto with pumpkin and burrata, poultry with forest sauce, duck breast with pepper sauce, and chocolate mousse.
