Gault&Millau's review 2025

This luxurious stone and wood chalet has become a Courchevel institution. For over 50 years, generations of loyal guests have enjoyed the warm, chic atmosphere of a family home in the mountains. The 35 rooms, suites and apartments have been decorated in pure Alpine style by Sara Copeland, who also designed the spa with its hammam, swimming pool and Scientana treatment cabins. After a perfect moment of relaxation, head to the bar or the restaurant to sample top-flight cuisine, which skilfully blends the spirit of the mountains with that of the Mediterranean.
