Gault&Millau's review 2025

Already owner of the Lou Pinet hotel in Saint-Tropez and the Crillon le Brave hotel in Provence, Maisons Pariente inaugurated this beautiful jewel at the top of the Méribel resort in 2019. Imagined by interior designer Pierre Yovanovitch, the 55 rooms and suites (plus 2 independent chalets) infuse a "contemporary family home" character with a revisited Savoyard decor: polka-dot carpets, dark wood headboards and cozy armchairs topped with bear ears. The spa, designed by ultra-chic American brand Tata Harper, offers personalized treatments, not to mention the charm of the swimming pool, which opens onto the snow-covered peaks. Three restaurants round off this offer, which skilfully renews the spirit of mountain holidays, including a Beefbar, a variation on the concept already successfully tested in Paris, London and Monaco.
