Chef's Restaurant It doesn't get much more serious than this traditional house, which has been the pride of the canton for decades. José de Anacleto took up the torch twenty-three years ago and has hardly changed his way of doing things, reassuring the faithful in this grand mansion with its wrought-iron balconies, where noble products have their privileged entrances: roast lobster, cannelloni of foie gras, langoustines in shellfish sauce, before turbot jus de viande or fillet of beef jus au vinaigre balsamique. Two solid toques, for the masterful sauces and juices and the quality of the products. Classic desserts, good "Magnolia" menu at €60.
