Chef's Restaurant It was to be expected that Takashi Kinoshita, whom we had met at the Château de Courban, would quickly demonstrate his know-how and ability to manage a team in this chateau setting. On the outskirts of the village, this beautiful residence deserves a very good chef, and it seems to have found him. A great admirer of French cuisine, Takashi is developing a fine catalog of prestige dishes, currently only available as menus, but we can hope that a menu will eventually appear: tataki of langoustines and lentils, caviar mousse of brillat-savarin and caviar, scallops with Côte-d'Or saffron, Bresse poularde kiwi stuffed with cazette flower and truffle sabayon, orange dessert and chocolate soufflé hazelnut in the tiered Dégustation menu, from €89 to €149. Beautifully appointed room, attentive service and, of course, Meursault in the cellar.
