Gourmet Restaurant Renovated in 2019, this beautiful building offers a refined immersion in winegrowing Burgundy, which can be admired from the room's bay windows, overlooking the clos and the Cistercian tower. On the kitchen side, chef Jean-Christophe Moutet, who cut his teeth at Lameloise, completes the experience with fine regional menus, where Burgundy snails are stuffed with ravioli in a green broth flavored with sweet garlic, crisp vegetables, beef is served bourguignon with seasonal vegetables, crackling cabbage comes with a salted butter caramel cream, mousseux and green apple sorbet. Menus at €42, 48, 69 and 115. Very fine cellar.
