Gourmet Restaurant We're doubly fortunate to be able to take advantage of the château's attractive historic site, and the cuisine orchestrated by the excellent Takashi Kinoshita, who offers his version of a Burgundian bistro here: the three-course menu at €39 is the right option to sweep away the current slate, with caillette or escargots, braised chuck and crème caramel in a completely mastered regional sequence. Choice in the formula, professional service and a well-turned-out, accessible cellar.
