Gourmet Restaurant At the far end of the Villeneuve-Braouic business park, a pretty dining room and a pleasant garden in season, a rather Provencal cuisine (hence the name), but it's above all Damien Victor Pujebet's inventiveness that stands out. The original pastilla of lamb confit, crisply caramelized with spices, rivals the scallops or fish of the day, also finely treated. Reading the menu already establishes a complicity with the chef, which is all the easier to achieve when you appreciate the dish and the wine from a well-developed cellar.
