Gourmet Restaurant At the end of the quays, Christophe Wasser's restaurant pays sincere homage to seafood, with well-executed classics and perfectly reproduced Breton classics. The menu delivers the essentials without fail: stuffed razor clams, abalone cooked in seaweed butter, baked cod, seasonal Bouchot mussels, and for the more earthy, a fine lamb in three variations. Classic desserts.
