Outstanding Hotel
Ideally located in the heart of Saint-Malo, this hotel is housed in an elegant Napoleon III building. The 80 guest rooms feature a stylish blend of waxed parquet floors, historic furnishings and contemporary tones, not to mention spacious, luxurious bathrooms. Most boast sumptuous ocean views, as does the magnificent Le 5 restaurant, set on the hotel's roof and boasting huge picture windows with panoramic views. It's the ideal place to savour a cuisine that explores the Breton terroir, created by chef Florian le Masson. A brasserie and cosy bar where travellers and locals alike can meet up after a walk along the ramparts or a day on the beach are just some of the highlights of this not-to-be-missed address.
