Outstanding Hotel Ideally located in the heart of Saint-Malo, this hotel is housed in an elegant Napoleon III building. The 80 guest rooms feature a stylish blend of waxed parquet floors, historic furnishings and contemporary tones, not to mention spacious, luxurious bathrooms. Most boast sumptuous ocean views, as does the magnificent Le 5 restaurant, set on the hotel's roof and boasting huge picture windows. It's the ideal place to savour a cuisine that explores the Breton terroir, created by chef Antoine Pelé. A brasserie and a warm bar where travelers and locals returning from the beach or a stroll along the ramparts meet up.
