Gourmet Restaurant Port Mer, a lovely cove with a magical view of the little port and, full axis, Mont-Saint-Michel in the distance. Hugo Roellinger created this bistrot marin with his wife Marine last year, opting for a chic, exclusive style. Luxury products and noble fish - sole and turbot, veal sweetbreads, morels and lobster - give it a Riviera Cancaleaise feel, with the clientele in correlation and the service in elegant sailor style. After the twenty or so clams, well salted, and the solettes accompanied by excellent vegetables, we finish with the seasonal strawberry rhubarb ice cream. The bill is substantial, but the homemade bread is very good and the butter comes from Thierry Lemarchand, of course. Small in-house cellar, small selection by the glass and very good cider.
