It's a reflection of the city's gastronomic renaissance: Sophie and Quentin Durand bring you an experience of constantly renewed charm, thanks to the quality of the supplies and the touch of a well-inspired chef in a sober contemporary setting. The simplicity of the lunch menu is extended with refinement to dinner, in a light, easy manner that enhances the product: spider crab sabayon coral darphin apples, pollack leek shellfish vichyssoise, hazelnut citrus mimosa sorbet olive oil, just a few deft touches on a well-composed €64 menu, with most dishes on the short seasonal menu. The wine cellar offers a classic but reliable selection of wines from all regions.
