Gourmet Restaurant At the harbor end of town, as its name suggests, in a slightly dominant position and easier to access than the crowded quayside, this modern-looking house is a natural fit. Today's preparations, good know-how from master restaurateur Romain Roland: we're delighted by this freshness with the Viviers de la Houle oysters, wild sea bass ceviche or creamy crab with lime gel, aiguillettes de saint-pierre confit au beurre de verveine and gariguettes à la criste marine in a well-executed sequence. High prices, more accessible market menu at €45 without choice.
