Gourmet Restaurant On the left bank of the Nive river, just a few steps from the tourist center, this pier enjoys a good location and a covered terrace set on the wide sidewalk. The cuisine takes as few risks as possible, but there's something for everyone on a menu that goes straight to the essentials, good produce and impeccable technique: a lovely crispy pig's trotter, onion jam and old-fashioned mustard ice-cream, a roasted monkfish with grilled masala escorted by a creamy risotto and an interesting foam of chard in smoked oil, before a traditional chocolate coulant with vanilla cream.
