Gourmet Restaurant A historic restaurant in the hinterland of Nice, the Millo family inn can of course point to the inimitable charm of its old stones, its authenticity and its panoramic views over the Mediterranean. But that would obviously not be enough to retain this toque, which primarily rewards the cuisine of Thomas Millo, who worked for many years alongside his father Christian before succeeding him in 2016. He didn't shake up the family heritage, preferring to modernize the menu in small steps, while retaining the regional roots that have always characterized this family house. A bistro menu (La Table d'Augustine) is also available, with a full menu priced at €37.
