Gourmet Restaurant The sober, white decor of this restaurant near the beach features a "carte ardoise", or slate menu, with four suggestions for starters, main courses and desserts, frequently renewed according to the season, new arrivals and the chef's inspiration. On the day of our visit, lamb sweetbreads with banyuls, fish of the day and a choco praline tartlet gave us a lovely moment. Successful cooking, preserved flavors, a wine list favoring local winemakers and quiet service.
