Gourmet Restaurant With all the appetizers, the tone is set: "Here we test flavor combinations." The quality of the products is truly superb, and the chef is clearly not looking for simplicity, as he fears banality. He's a creator at heart, and needs to sign off all his dishes in this way, trying to break the codes with sweet-salty and earthy-sea dishes of his own: grilled tuna steak, ravioli stuffed with mushrooms and lemon cream jus, sea bass and zucchini flowers stuffed with octopus and vegetables, shellfish jus, crunchy strawberries with black olives, an always winning combination, with its strawberry piquillo sorbet. Well-stocked regional cellar, calm and efficient service.
