Gourmet Restaurant An established fixture in the Montorgueil district, Anthony Boucher's bistro has stood the test of time, continuing to welcome a clientele of regulars and well-informed tourists. The chef's cuisine is wise and serious, evolving according to the seasons and imprinting an exemplary idea of French cuisine. For €49, the perfect egg in an asparagus velouté, breadcrumbs, smoked bacon and parmesan shavings, sea bass fillet, black rice, green shiso and smoked paprika sauce, pig confit eight hours in the oven, potato mousseline, carrots, celery and onions, rum baba and seasonal fruit minestrone. Classic cellar with wines from all appellations (ménétou-salon, saint-joseph, chinon, vacqueyras, côtes-du-rhône etc.).
