Gourmet Restaurant A serious bistro + cuisine from Anthony Boucher, who masters his subject and wears his chef's hat solidly. The neighborhood follows in his footsteps, with an easy-to-understand menu that suits everyone, even those who need a little guidance and opt for the 5-course Carte Blanche. Regulars can choose what they like from the 49 € menu: pigeon ballottine with foie gras, smoked mackerel with Jerusalem artichoke and beet velouté, pig confit for eight hours with sweet potato mousseline, rice with coconut milk and morello cherry sorbet juice... The service is well-established, the cellar classic, with a small selection by the glass.
