Gault&Millau's review 2025

Shabour's little brother (or sister) is doing well. The same imagination, but with a more canteen feel to it, which also makes it more accessible. You even have the right to choose, from the small menu of the moment, what would please you most: druze galette with sage butter and shroug (harissa with green chili), roasted beet and pumpkin ceviche with széchouan sauce, merguez with carrot and coriander with Tunisian sauce, and "flammes" dishes that are always original (chicken livers with silan mustard mushroom).
