Gourmet Restaurant A Halles classic that respects its history and traditions, while adding authenticity gimmicks (wood panelling, typewritten menu, vintage elements). Eggs meurette and escargots, crayfish gratin à la Lucien Tendret, bourguignon and château au poivre, pike quenelle and poulet vin jaune et morilles (chicken with morel mushrooms) are easy to convince. Desserts from the same repertoire.
