Gault&Millau's review 2025

Cool, accessible refuges where you can sleep, of course, but also work, relax, organize meetings and catch up with friends... That's the philosophy behind citizenM, the Dutch hotel group which is inaugurating its fifth Paris address in a quiet street a stone's throw from the Opéra. Once again, the 84 rooms are perfectly appointed, with king-size beds, designer furnishings, a desk area and a TV screen with streaming and music compilations. Equally successful, the lounges, lobby and meeting rooms feature remarkable contemporary works of art, and are also living spaces, as citizenM regularly organizes meetings with artists, as well as exhibitions, concerts... Last but not least, a bar and restaurant are open 24 hours a day, offering light, tasty and largely vegan fare. An address that renews the contemporary hotel industry: cool, accessible to all and deeply committed to a sustainable approach with eco-friendly buildings, a policy of reducing waste and CO2 emissions, etc.
