Tucked away in the heart of the Maison du Saké, Ryuichi Utsumi's restaurant promotes both French local produce and traditional Japanese cuisine. A fusion that translates into refined cuisine, ideally paired with sake. An entry ticket at €65 for lunch, a real bargain for cuisine of this level and uniqueness, and a beautiful five-sequence menu at €120 for dinner, which allows you to really get to grips with this Omakase restaurant.
