Chef's Restaurant A fine Franco-Italian address, with open kitchen, contemporary decor, works of art and conviviality. Franck Marchesi's table is a great success, combining the best of both countries for a legitimate reputation. The menu features dishes from both regions, including sautéed clams with cebettes and meat jus, langoustine ravioli with lemon beurre blanc, poultry fricassee with morel mushrooms, and strawberry and rhubarb compote. Fair prices.
