Gourmet Restaurant In a small street between boulevard de l'Hôpital and boulevard Saint-Marcel, a small bistro run by Matteo Vianello offers a pleasant and varied menu, even if this year we had the impression of a bit of a rronron. This doesn't prevent us from appreciating the snail ravioli with herb butter, crispy speck and sweet garlic broth, the roasted pollack, zucchini purée, snacked zucchini, hollandaise sauce or the roasted veal quasi, smoked green wheat, yellow wine emulsion, with the best for last being the warm chocolate mousse, vanilla ice cream, fleur de sel crumble. Suitable wine list, cool, friendly service.
