Chef's Restaurant Just as wallpaper changes from time to time, Julien Cruège changed the name of his restaurant, which legitimately aroused the curiosity of the locals. Fortunately, the same address, the same chef in a new concept and a new decor. The dining room has been redesigned to welcome guests from aperitif to dinner, while the "Bibliothèque" offers a contemporary, chic ambience, and the cuisine is more geared towards sharing mezzés. With a fine balance of flavors and plenty of good ideas: pea tart with bush, mint and lemon, beautiful scallops snacked with asparagus, morel mushrooms and meat jus with garlic, beautifully cooked and very tasty, cocoa-lemon cream-ganache shortbread, simpler and well done. The toques are holding their own, the €31 lunch menu is very good value, the wine list is fairly short, and the welcome is smiling and friendly.
