Chef's Restaurant Léo Forget's good hand rests delicately on the plates of Mets Mots, a bistro of its time with a repertoire completely mastered by the former right-hand man of Chez Gagnaire. The menu is straightforward, with no surprises in the titles, but very well executed: asparagus guanciale bagna cauda, carpaccio of pollack with cabbage and orange tacos, pan-fried txistorra breuil and spinach juice... Ideas of the moment, a well-stocked cellar and service as invigorating as ever.
