Sponsored Jeanne-Louise Jondot, from Burgundy, and Kevin Pontoglio, from Italy, are passionate about cooking: "We worked in some fine establishments, then decided to build a joint project. JK Restaurant opened its doors in April 2023. "We create gastronomic, modern, creative cuisine, rather French with Italian accents, based on top-of-the-range local produce", say the restaurateurs. A special feature: the two Chefs offer dishes to be discovered blind in the evenings and at weekends. "There are three menus, including a seven-act tasting," they enthuse. It's an opportunity to taste the Charolais beef ribeye with wild blackberry jus, or the Rizet goat's cheese with Burgundy blackcurrants. For lunch, choose from the daily menu at €29. All of this is accompanied by a fine wine list (around a hundred references from small winegrowers) and a genuine concern for the environment (micro-filtered water, compost, water recuperator...). The modern, sober and cosy decor invites you to taste in a warm and intimate atmosphere. Terrace overlooking the medieval château and the Charolais bocage.
