Chef's Restaurant The king of value for money is in Montceau-les-Mines, and both his hidden menus and his Market menu satisfy a large local clientele. Simplicity and precision from an emblematic chef who has been practicing in his town for a quarter of a century. You can treat yourself to a pressé of duck foie gras and Bresse poultry, leeks in vinaigrette, or the veal fillet, seasonal vegetables, brown jus reduced from a starter-main course at €38. Great classic dishes for connoisseurs, such as Bresse poularde en pot-au-feu, and a well-stocked cellar.
